At Advance Hairline, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair systems and customized hair replacement solutions. Due to the hygienic nature and customization involved in our products, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

All purchases made through Advance Hairline are final.

    • We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once they have been purchased.
    • Refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchange Policy

An exchange request may only be considered if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, subject to verification by our quality assurance team.

To request an exchange, customers must:

    • Submit the exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product.
    • Provide clear photographs of the product from all angles.
    • Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all original packaging.
    • Provide proof that the product has not been damaged or used after delivery.

After reviewing the submitted details, our team will determine whether the product qualifies for an exchange. The decision of Advance Hairline shall be final.

Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Customized hair systems.
  • Hair systems with white/grey hair customization.
  • Pre-cut or customized hairstyles.
  • Ready-to-wear products that have been altered or customized as per customer requirements.
  • Any product that has been used, worn, washed, trimmed, colored, or modified after delivery.

Fraudulent Claims

Advance Hairline reserves the right to reject any exchange request if:

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.
  • The submitted images or evidence indicate product misuse or damage after delivery.
  • There is any suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the exchange policy.

In such cases, the claim will be considered invalid.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
  • If the cancellation request is received before processing, a full refund of the order amount will be initiated.
  • Once an order has been processed, customized, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
